Wash And Care

Handwoven Cotton

Cotton is a natural fibre; Gently hand wash or machine wash at 30°C to maintain shape and avoid shrinkage.
Use a mesh laundry bag for delicate items to prevent snagging or twisting.
For stains, use a mild stain remover and test on an inside seam before washing.
Hand wash darker or naturally dyed pieces separately in cold water.
Dry in shade, inside out. Avoid wringing to preserve the fabric.
Do not scrub harshly or use bleach.
Avoid tumble drying. Let garments air dry to retain their size and shape — it’s gentler on the fabric and the planet.

Naturally Dyed Fabrics

We use natural dyes like indigo—gentle on the skin, kind to the earth. These dyes are derived from pure, eco-conscious sources and bring a breathable, cooling quality to the fabric—perfect for warm climates.

Caring for Your Naturally Dyed Garments
Wash separately in cold water with a mild, pH-neutral soap.
Air dry in shade. Avoid tumble dryers and direct sunlight to maintain color.
Color may lightly bleed or fade over time—this is a natural characteristic and part of the garment’s charm.
Store in a breathable cotton or muslin bag to protect from light and preserve vibrancy.

Ironing Natural Fibers

Cotton can handle high heat, and most irons have a dedicated setting for it. For best results, lightly dampen the fabric with a spray of water or use the steam function on your iron. This helps smooth out stubborn creases with ease.
