Return & Exchange Policy (U.S. Orders)

We want you to love your purchase. Because we create small-batch, thoughtful pieces, our return and exchange policy is designed to be simple and fair.

Eligibility:

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Final sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange:

Email us at info@fellofeel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

We will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds & Store Credit:

Approved returns can be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit.

A small handling fee may apply to refunds to the original payment method (e.g., refund processing fee).

Store credit does not expire.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive your item.

Exchanges:

We can offer exchanges for items in a different size if available.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately with photos so we can resolve it.
